This location so irritating I asked for a Oreo McFlurry with sundae fudge and y'all just put Oreos on top didn’t even blend it up then charged me for the fudge like WTH is wrong with yall?!?

I’m finally at the breaking point with this location. Something needs to be done bc this is just getting ridiculous I go to this location frequently, they never have any of their products. They were out of all coffee and ice cream products everytime I come in, times I ordered ice cream got Charged for it just for them to turn around and tell me they didn’t have it. They’ve given me burnt old food. And today I stopped by to order, we sat by the drive through to order and not a single person said a word about only accepting mobile orders until we started to order. So we go home and I place an online order. My dasher gets there just to wait and then my order gets cancelled bc the store wasn’t able to fulfil it. Something needs to change the people here are nasty and rude everytime I go in. The counters have bugs and stuff all over it half the time. If this location wasn’t privately owned I’d already be making complaints with corporates whatever this private owner is doing they need to get on top of their crew and figure something out before this place starts to go under.

They’re rude. They don’t know how to be nice to any customers. They’re very rude. They pull every person to the window till they have a line. They don’t hear nothing out their food. You have to wait forever to get your food 10 minutes more for just a hamburger and a small fry. It’s ridiculous that the store even is still running or who does run the store. You guys need new management a new district manager in a new RGM for this company for the store
