We picked up 2 caramel sundaes tonight and I was very disappointed. The containers/cups they come in were not even filled all way. They used to be filled into the top lid with the caramel being placed on top and the sides. They are clearly smaller on purpose. Same with the vanilla cones. We get them about once a month as a treat and they have gotten noticably smaller, yet we are paying more. Again, it is very apparent they have told their employees to make the cones smaller and now the sundaes. Can we at least get what we pay for and are used to? 😔😬😥

Usually have no problem here today 11/15 got two chocolate chip.cookies so hard i could throw them against a tree went back gave me new ones still so.hard you can't even break them. Disgusting. Burnt too

Got a 20 piece fries to split with my son, the nuggets were to hot for my 5 yr old but i appreciated the freshness. The fries were at that point that if you don't eat then within a couple minutes u might as well use them as packing peanuts. Got a sweet tea to wash it all down and it had only 1 ice cube barely holding onto its frozen state which lasted as long as it took for me to get the straw in the cup. Here is a picture of my sons reaction to the hot nugget!
