UPDATE I was at the V. Odem location about a week ago (March 2025) and got food poisoning. Needless to say, NO MORE RALLY'S EVER. This original review was from Nov. 2024. My guy and I always get shakes that are half strawberry and half banana, but these people at this location don't seem to be able to grasp that as a concept. I got an order of chicken bites and as you'll see in the pix, there weren't even a handful of them in the carton!! They were also cold and rubbery. If there were other late night options, we'd stop going to Rally's all together. We will from now on be going the extra miles to the Waterloo location.

I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. I've had a few mistakes with this Rally's but it was a different crew. Food was hot and freshly made and that means a lot after just getting off work.

Trash. They don't know what the hell a phone is or how to pick up. Accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Called about 10 times so far. No answer. I'm gonna have to go to the store and have them cancel it and give me a receipt
