The food is usually decent, sometimes it’s better than others. The service is consistently average or even poor at times but this visit to Rally’s, things were excellent! The food was hot, fully cooked, and a man named Todd was the most professional and considerate employee I’ve encountered there. Honestly, people like Todd are what really makes a fast food experience next level. Hopefully more companies can appreciate good customer service skills and politeness and help their employees see the value in it as well. Great job Todd and the Rally’s team of Monday, September 30th, at 6:30pm, you nailed it!

This place should just be shut down. It's garbage. They leave you waiting forever and still don't give you nothing but wasted time and attitude. You give the store up to the streets is what this is. I wont be back. Blocked in deliveries as well. I'm not the only one who feels this way. People are plummeting profits here to be lazy and giving bad vibes to their community.

I have no idea if the food is any good here. 3 nights in a row I waited over an hour for the order to be made only to give up. This might be the slowest fast food joint in existence. I could have raised a baby chicken, slaughtered it, and made my own food by the time this would be ready.
