I placed a mobile pick up order and got the wrong sandwich. The one I payed for costs more than what I got and when I called the store for a refund or credit, I was rudely told to figure it out on the app after I said the app directs customers to call the store for problems with the order.

I was visiting Cincinnati on a trip with some friends. I ordered $50 of food for us one day via mobile app. The order went through and I pulled up the location being renovated. Thinking it would be a long shot, I called this location and asked how I could be refunded. I went through an employee to store manager, to regional manager, to corporate and eventually got a $50 gift card mailed to me. Every person was very nice and professional and worked quickly to resolve my issue. Good people work here. Bless them.

Hello everyone, I don't recommend coming here because the service here is very bad.I ordered food here and went to the toilets and stayed there for a long time, came back and asked for my order, but I have a little problem with English I told the seller the girl that I have an order, I ordered, she didn't even want to hear me, she didn't have a badge and she didn't say her name, she looks African American, a very young girl She is very rude and she didn't even want to talk to me because I don't know English well look at the photos people are standing in line they aren't even served Management is very good that make a remark to your employees thank you we always love McDonald's
