Visited this location to do a delivery for doordash and waited in the drive thru for a pretty long time to be told that they already handed out the order. I pointed out that I had not told her the name on the order i was picking up. She then said she had handed out all of the orders. She was very unprofessional.

I am an every day rally customer almost if not at the Reading Road location. I will be at the Spring Grove location but recently I have been at the Reading Road location and the service has been horrible and they talk to you any kind of way like you’re not aI am a every day rally customer almost if not at the Reading Road location. They stopped the line at 12 o’clock and only took DoorDash orders. Some short black lady with dreads last night was very very rude. I speak very poorly through the speaker. I really can’t stand the people that rude people then wanna play Victim

Most places around the area have terrible customer service, these people were actually pretty nice though. Went around 5 pm on december 3rd. Took forever though, they definitely need more workers. Loved how nice they were!
