The driver worker (older female) was very rude and argumentative she was in beginning a shift at around 1105 pm she let me. No problem it was just a five minute wait, so I was waiting and she said it again and ask for me to pull into the parking lot and park. I tried to tell her that there is no where to park because it was a long line that started at the street so there was no way for me to pull back around and park. If I did pull park around I would’ve been in the street. So as I was trying to communicate to her the middle of my sentence interrupted the beginning of hers and she became very upset and unprofessional and was talking to me like a child. For someone to work in customer service her attitude is horrible. All she had to do was hear me out then politely explain to me why she needed me to around instead of waiting at the speaker. I’m manager at restaurant as well but I would have never gotten upset with a customer for trying to understand the reasoning behind what was said

Sticky floors which makes you wonder what sanitation practices are used here. Cold food regardless how & when you order useless Drive Thru if you use the app to create a mobile order. Long wait even with no one in front of you. Avoid this Wendy’s if you want even a decent experience at Wendy’s.

I don’t know why I continue to try to give this location chances. It used to be my favorite location. The guy at the window obviously hates his job and life and shouldn’t be working the window. I did an online order and clicked a large lemonade with my combo well when I went back to edit my sandwich, it somehow changed it to a small without me noticing. So when I got there I said it was supposed to be a large. He said well it says small, I said I clicked large and I’ll pay the difference but I want a large. He told the other lady I’m not dealing with her attitude when it says small. First off I didn’t have an attitude I just said it was supposed to be a large but now I do because the dude clearly had one and was giving me a hard time about a damn lemonade. The lady was nice but he clearly needs to be moved from window.
