Absolutely horrible..they left off 2 oreo milkshakes and churro fries..the rest of my order( 2 hamburgers, med fry and chicken fries) was cold..when i called the store i was met with attitude. I was told they dont have oreo shakes( But the mobile order says they do) and was told..and i quote "i thought i put the churros in the bag"..no you didnt put the churros in the bag..and you also didnt make my milkshakes...$40 worth of cold trash

better off eating out of a dumpster. ordered with them through doordash, doordash driver was amazing and kept us updated on the order, they didn't have the shake, half of the meal wasn't in the SEALED bag when he got here(2 whoppers, 2 small fries, and 4 wraps, only got the whoppers and fries) and on top of that everything was basically ice cold like it had been sitting in a window for well over an hour even though the dasher went to get it within minutes of the order being submitted. when we opened the burger packaging they were also inconsistent, one had 7 pickle slices, the other had 3, condiments were all over the place and I'm amazed they actually had cheese on them. if this was the only burger king in cleveland I'd suggest driving to columbus for burger king, at least the food would be good.
