Today is 2/13/25 and it’s around 730p. There was a male and female working and they were phenomenal. My order took a little longer, but they explained it was being made fresh, and it was noticeable. The food was great! They both were very cheerful throughout my time in drive through, as well as while I was waiting for my food with the other customers in the line. Thank you for being great!! :) Picture of a very empty bag 😂😂 yum!!

Had ordered doordash late at night in hopes my driver would actually deliver it but after an hour I had ended up driving there to figure out what happened. Turns out the first driver assigned took the food and cancelled my order. I explained it to the staff that was on for Sunday night and they were extremely apologetic and remade my order for me. Manager on shift is named Elizabeth and she was the kindest manager I ever met and made sure I was compensated at the end of our conversation. We need more people like Elizabeth who work within customer service especially since she seems to deal with this often and still has a positive attitude. Kudos to Elizabeth.

Get rid of that artificial intelligence that tries to take my order. I wanna speak to a live person. That’ll take my order that understands. You’re alienating your customers . I simply said I want to speak to a team member and then the team member was going to try to make me use that AI. After arguing with her, I finally got her to take my live order. Please get rid of that damn robot.
