Tried to tell manager she forgot a bag of food and ended up locking window on me. Attempted to speak to other employee and was told they were going to call cops for me telling them they forgot a whole bag of food and sauces. Employee shaking while trying to get information from me and manager locked the window. Said they made both bags. I only received 1. She was rude when I attempted to speak civilly to her and the food runner. How does $50 of food fit in 1 bag we received. Also didn’t give us a receipt. Worst experience at rally’s ever. Very ghetto. Very unprofessional from the manager side.

Stopped by Rally's for a quick meal and was not disappointed! The drive-thru was efficient, and the service was faster than expected, even during a busy hour. The staff was friendly and made sure our order was correct before we drove off. We ordered the classic Big Buford burger, and it was juicy and flavorful, just how a good burger should be. The fries were a standout too—perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. Don’t skip on their famous seasoned fries; they are a must-try! The prices are reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. The dining area is simple and straightforward, ideal for a fast-food setting. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. Overall, Rally's offers a great fast-food experience with their speedy service and tasty meals. It’s definitely a reliable spot for satisfying those burger cravings on the go!

The entire order was made wrong. Pickles and onions on both sandwiches when it was ordered with none. No cheese on a cheeseburger. The fries were ice cold. I tried to call to talk to the manager. No answer. I came back up to the store and the employees tried to say that they didn't make the order when we had 3 different receipts including the one stapled to the nag. Chose a different rallys.
