2nd time they were out of chilly had to order something different on the spot. Customer service guy at window asked me to pull back behind red pole until my food was ready.. When I got home opened my bag a small black bug was in the bag. I will never go back to that Rally's again horrible

The food at this one is terrible. I can't believe the prices went up! When I ordered a double spicy chicken sandwich I bit into it once I returned to work on lunch break(30 min), the sandwich must have been at least a day, or two old, and microwaved! I simply threw it in the trash. As they change personnel I be hoping the quality of the food would get better. It hasn't! I would advise not to get anything for this location. Plus, the area around it is really trashy. Definitely, don't go in the late night hours. The workers are terrible.

I just wanted to let people know of this location. I have patronized other locations and have been disappointed in the service and the food. I eat here 3-4 days a week. As a small business owner it’s hard to find good help these days. The employees are always friendly and helpful and not pushy on hurrying an order, the food is always hot and fresh and as I stand in the waiting area for my food, everyone is well dressed and are doing what they need to be doing to keep the place clean. Thank you guys for the experience. I will keep coming back and recommending you guys to everyone I know.
