My food was all made completely wrong Used the mobile app Chat Support doesn't work (waited 2 hrs with the app open until my phone almost died) Tried calling the contact support number and it just beeps. Tried calling the store a couple of times but nobody answered Not sure what im supposed to do in this situation / I honestly probably have more of an issue with the way Wendys deals with customer support than with the way my food was made. - Recieved a call from the store manager a few hours later offering a solution but I dont drive. Thank you for contacting me though.

I really wish they had a fish 🐟 meal So I tried the mushroom 🍄 burger 🍔 🤷🏽‍♀️🙄 Ooooo I don't want that no more The bun was real greasy 😳 DAMN "IF I WASN'T THAT HUNGRY I WOULD HAVE THROWN IT OUT" I just wish they could mop in the lobby with a clean mop "It's very sticky"

I am in the field a lot for my job. On days when I am out this way, I stop here. The staff are friendly and professional. Service is great. The branch is well managed and employees seem to have great work ethic which in this day and age seems to be in short supply no matter where you go or what you do. I've never had a bad experience here.
