Poor Service. Soda machine was half empty and had to have it made from the counter. Displayed price weren't the same as register price. When asked for a manager on duty the cashier replied " what do you want her for " in a sarcastic way. Manager did make an adjustment on the price. Had a special order grill and had to repeat a couple times so that it will be correct. How hard is it to make a plain sandwich? Fries were cold. Will only go there as a last resort. First time at this one with this issue out of many visits. 9/5/2024. Why would the lobby be closed at 5:00 PM. On a very busy day? No stars here

First I order my food today like at this time the manager got caught up in a lie about the mushrooms. Than she denied my frosty card that supposed to be all year . When I ask her for a number or something the employee want to yell at me and tell me. I can't have nothing unless I order. But I tried to order in the drive way and the denied my frosty to see the manager. Up there n tell her I tried to call in before I came in and it was busy but u here she say I don't want nobody calling the phone. I leave it off the hook. But she did give me a receipt to get a number or something. I card a big card from Broadway Wendy's got a key ring 2weeks later after I should them the card the only one I have a problem with.
