I went through the drive through and ordered a butter burger with the works. When I looked at my burger, it was completely plain. The receipt said the right thing though. I went inside and told the lady that I think was the manager, and she was so apologetic and so nice! She let me get a free pint of custard of my choice from the freezer. She also gave me the plain burger and had them make a new burger for me. Now THAT'S great customer service!!

Definitely will be going back here again and again! The location is great being right next to hotels and gas stations in walking distance. The food is fantastic and there is plenty of CLEAN seating with a great atmosphere. Also, management even walks around to check on all the customers. Wow! A definite must stop!
