Have gotten food through the drive through 3 times here and have never gotten the correct order. This most recent time, I ordered a vanilla shake and large fry; I received a banana shake and small fry, and the bag was inexplicably very wet. Not sure what they’re doing here, but it’s not their job.

Yesterday evening was my first time visiting this Rally’s. Fast, friendly, and excellent service. I was about to drive off and the cook waived me down to make sure he included my fries with my order. My combo meal # 1 was well made, hot, and tasted fresh. Outdoor dining available. Decent prices.

Customer service sucks. The girl at the drive-thru window was so rude and didn't want to do her job. The food was cold, and we definitely won't be going back.
