The staff were nice, and allowed customers to walk up to take an order. It was the food that was disappointing. The fries were not that hot, which makes them taste under seasoned. Plus for a Small - a penny from $3.00. The Big Buford which is a family favorite tasted bland, with little to no tomato or lettuce. It was underwhelming.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Ordered through the website. Was missing over half of our food. We were missing a spicy chicken, rally’s burger, chili cheese dog, cinnamon apple pie, and a buffalo tender. When we called the store the manager or whoever answered told us we called the store in Cincinnati. We felt like he was lying so we googled the number again. It was correct on multiple different sites. So when we attempted to call back he answered and hung up. Then after that he would just let it ring to voicemail. I know food service is hard but there is a level of professionalism that needs to be there. Very rude and will never be ordering from them again. I will drive across town first. I would advise other customers to do the same. The food was also cold and nasty.

Ordered Buford bites and they were still frozen in the middle. Then I definitely didn’t receive the $6 sourdough melt I ordered but instead a nasty cold chicken sandwich. And I live too far away to go back…. Highly disappointed. Called the store and no one answered. Would really enjoy the sandwich I ordered. Hoping management sees this and rectifies the situation.
