I asked for an All-American cheeseburger with ketchup and onion no pickle or mustard, the first thing they did was give me the sandwich with everything that comes on it. I told her I just want the ketchup and onion on the cheeseburger she takes it back and brings me a hamburger no cheese with ketchup and onion. She acted like I was an idiot I told her I want cheese on it ketchup and onion. I don't think they're very smart or they just don't give a crap about their customers. The outside of the building is absolutely disgusting I can't imagine what the inside looks like

This is the worst Rallys I've ever experienced. Ordering ahead on their app, be careful cause if you ordered a shake and this location never has a working shake machine, you have to sit through customer service to explain why you need all your money back. You won't get your money back until next week, so enjoy that. We sat for 10 minutes for them to make the order and if you wanna see what the absolute bottom of fast food can look like I have provided pictures. Buffalo Chicken tastes like paper towels balled up in water and pepper. The $2 bacon crispy is not crispy but mushy like grease flavored baby food. Look it's horrible, don't go to this one, you'll just be reminded why Rallys is the low tier selection of the fast food list. F tier, I would rather eat from a Sunoco gas station where the cashier doesnt speak English and for some reason that's your fault.

Bad place. Ordered a 5.99 combo and was charged 9.37 for it. I was charged full price on all items in combo meal. Then they refused to make it right. Don't go there. It sucks
