I know there is an employee shortage and it is really unfortunate that the responsibility of maintaining a professional and productive environment falls on the shoulders of few employees who are willing to put forth the effort. However, tonight that very thing was done. I met a young man by the name of FREDRICK, who was working the drive through, the front window(Not to mention there is a party hall across the street with party guest walking up)and making the food. ALL BY HIMSELF! He was being ran in every direction. All the while still maintaining his professionalism. Checking on patrons at the window,walk ups and the drive through. Assuring the customers that their orders would be coming shortly. He looked overwhelmed and defeated. However, he did stop and was VERY PROFESSIONAL. I'm not sure who needs to hear this,But if no one else tells you FREDRICK, I am Proud of you. Keep your head up and keep that drive. RALLY'S, Get this man the support he needs to continue to provide the quality and service that customers have grown to know.

My husband and I stopped by this morning (11/17/24) when they opened at 10... there was a vehicle in the parking lot... the speaker took our order... and we waited at the window for 10 minutes... no one ever came... we blew the horn a few times... nothing... no one. We ended up leaving. That was just horrible... not professional at all.

Wait to order was excessive. To order was 12 minutes. When st window to pay, only exact cash amounts were being accepted and an item ordered was not available
