Send my daughter to get a taco salad and the lettuce are brown and the tortilla strips are old. Too bad I can’t take it back do to my driving restrictions cause a recent surgery. Wish I could give a 0 star

I placed my order 10 mins ahead of time through the Wendy's app. When I arrived there were only 3 cars in the drivethru and 2 customers in the lobby. They didn't even start making my food till 10-15 minutes after I arrived (20-25 mins after I placed the order). I watched car after car after car get their order. this has happened multiple times. My fries were hot but everything else was just sitting in a bag on the counter getting cold. Poor customer service. Poor quality of product. Poor communication. I stood at the front of the counter for 10 minutes before any employee even spoke to me about my order. If I would have known at the start that it was going to take that long to get cold food I would have just had them cancel the order. In that amount of time I could have driven to a handful of other locations and got hot food much faster.

I ordered a Double Triple Bossy Deluxe, on a raft, four-by-four animal-style, extra shingles with a shimmy and a squeeze, light axle grease, make it cry, burn it, and let it swim krabby patty which they provided but they FORGOT MY DRINK! MY DIET DR KELP WAS MISSING! And then, worst of all when I complained to the cashier A FAT SQUID THREW A GOD@MN PIZZA AT MY FACE! 3/10 Would not recommend..
