Absolutely horrible. One of the worst McDonald's in the Dayton area. Food is always cold, dry nasty burgers. I will never spend any more money there. Idk why I was craving a double with Mac cause I already knew it would be bad but the drive thru was empty and I figured ooooo lets go for it. Wrong choice on my part. Hubs got double regular and so dry you could either start a fire with it or use it to dry your counter tops. I got one only Mac, soooo much Mac sauce, too bad absolutely none of it was on the burger really. Cold, dry, nasty and old. Will never make the mistake of giving my hard earned money to a company that gives no cares about their customers and I won't contribute to anyone's paycheck who thinks it's okay to pass something down the line that looks like that. I hope they're only making minimum wage cause they truly do not deserve more.

First they didn’t put cheese on my CHEESEburger , the service is terrible , THEY OBVIOUSLY CANT HEAR RIGHT because i asked for a CHEESEBURGER and they gave me a hamburger and then I asked for a pack of 2 cookies and i didn’t get nun.

i live nearby so i go to this location often and literally EVERY time the hispanic lady is working the drive thru window she only fills my large drinks 75% it looks like someone drank a quarter of it and theres hardly any ice but a couple cubes… its extremely confusing. me and my baby dad Make bets before we go if Our drinks will be full and not once have they been full with her working… It’s petty, but it’s just annoying. One time I ordered a large and I guess They misheard me and entered a small And I asked for my large and she wouldn’t give it to me, even though it was the same price… Super weird Distasteful customer service
