Food is good for fast food. Always hot. Staff could be friendlier. They always seemed to short staffed. Last few times they was fast and better with the friendliness.

I went to this store February 23rd 2025 and had a 45 dollar order. I ordered online as I usually do and when I got there to pick up my food, the woman at the window said everything would be in the bag besides the 10 Buffalo wings I ordered. She claimed they had ran out of wings and that I would be refunded for the wings. Today is Feb 27th and I still have not got refunded my money for my wings. I called and tried to speak with a manager about the situation and they said if I came up with my recipt they would be able to give me my wings. But when I got there they were super rude, accused me of lying and trying to get free food and refused to give me a refund for the wings or give me the wings. They stole 15 dollars and then wouldn't do anything to fix the situation which was their employees fault to begin with. I do not recommend this store. The wings were also for my child which makes me even more angry of the situation.
