Chick-fil-A has become an overpriced, overhyped disappointment. What was once a go-to spot for great quality and exceptional service now feels like a corporate-driven, bureaucratic mess. The once-friendly staff now seem indifferent, and even basic requests like extra sauce are met with stinginess. The experience has shifted from welcoming and efficient to impersonal and frustrating—a real shame for what used to be a standout brand.

Our order was exactly as we expected. The hot foods were hot and the cold foods were chilled. The taste and quality was top notch and the service was friendly. I will go there again
