Ill be calling cooperate in the morning. Had to basically yell my order. Even thou it had on my order no sausage they still put it on. Now I cant eat. Almost 4 doller wasted. Im pissed

Terrible service!!! Food was completely cold!! Gave us the wrong order drinks were melted. The machine don’t work!! Employees were all rude!!! They were standing around. Left order seating on the counter TOOK BACK THE ORDER THAT WAS WRONG🤢” put the counter never throw it away.

So I ordered four bundles two with chicken nuggets no sauce and two of the double cheese one only catch up and onion and one no mustard I got two chicken nuggets I didn't get the double cheese bundles and fries when I went back through he didn't believe me that I even came so I showed my bank statement and he said that I didn't pay for that what I paid for was two bundles and a sandwich All he was willing to do is fix the sandwiches I didn't get fries I said well how much does four bundles cost he said $14 it would have been a quarter difference he wouldn't rering it to re-enter in the amount and was just arguing with me and told me I needed to go back around and pay for new fries if I wanted them because that's not what I paid for well first off that's not what I ordered so since he thinks he the manager worked for a 23 million dollar a company he don't have to provide good customer service, If I didn't order what she rang up then how is this my fault and why should I have to go without the fries I offered to pay the difference. A lot of times this store is closed because they say they can only take cash only or they always the line is very slow and you wait for like an hour and then just to get your order and they don't even give you what you order very unprofessional.
