Both times I’ve come here they’ve gotten my order wrong. I asked for bacon on my sandwich and the lady didn’t even charge me for it nor put it on the sandwich. The second time was this morning. I ordered two “Vanilla Sweet Cream” Iced coffees and I got straight COFFEE. It’s bitter, I know they don’t make their coffee like this. You can tell by looking at it there’s no creamer or vanilla in it what so ever. The lady at the window just said “that’s what I gave you” when we asked about it and didn’t even offer to remake it. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and got and bacon egg and sausage combo. Horrible service.

slow workers that don’t care. they don’t knowledge your presences until at least 20 minutes of standing at the front. they see you waiting there but i guess there’s a waiting requirement before speaking to you. the food takes them additional 25 minutes to make. honestly not worth the wait. i’d rather eat a dirty unwashed 30 day fermented sock then try this again.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have been sitting in line waiting for over 40 minutes to pick up a small door dash order. They literally have the line backed up at the speaker and not taking any orders. This is a damn joke. Edit: finally made it through when got to the window. The lady was rude and refused the order. So have one mad customer at me. Thanks a lot for being one the rudest people I have encountered
