I have lived in Norman my whole life, gone to this McDonald’s my whole life. They are TRASH. They never fail to mess up your order. Consistently. You’ll give them 4 chances. Every single time they will mess up. Don’t give this place a single chance to mess up your order and your day.

Paid $4 for a large and they didn’t fill it up all the way. Gave me a medium fry in the large container when I asked for them to fill it up all the way she said they weigh it and it’s by weight. I work for a different McDonald’s so ik they don’t weigh the fries before they put them in the red sleeve, but needless to say it’s obvious their drive time is more important to them than the satisfaction of their customers. I give it a negative 2. Probably the worst McDonald’s in Norman.

Manager was disinterested and unapologetic about helping me get my order corrected. Feb 3 2025 7:18pm. Also didn't sound much like a manager. And I wasn't even rude. I just realized Im not gonna get anywhere I wanna be talking to this personel.
