I placed a mobile order that included 3 large drinks. When I got my order, I noticed that the 3 cups that I got were medium cups (the 3 full ones in the picture). When I asked about it, the employee had told me that the medium cups were their new larges. I figure that things can change, so whatever. When I go to make the drinks, I found out that the ice dispenser is broken. When I bring this up to a different employee, she brings me a cup of ice, which is in a large cup (the empty one in the picture). While I would like a replacement, it is just frustrating that the employee told me that the cups that I had been given were larges in a semi-condescending manner.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered two double cheeses. Double fish fillet, a half milk and a 10 piece. Not only did they forget the 10 piece but they also gave us fries that were cold. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. When trying to call the store to get it fixed, nobody answers the phone. I work at a McDonald's and I know that my manager would be appalled at this service!

Went through the drivethrough and everything was great until I saw employees playing with a lizard behind the counter when I pulled up to the second window. The on top of that half my order was missing from my bag when I got home. Guy who took my order was very nice though, he also took my money, and handed me my food while everyone else seemingly stood around lol
