I’d like to say that I rarely leave reviews based on bad service, but my past visit was absolutely terrible. I understand hating your job, I truly do, but customers don’t need to hear your snarky comments you think you’re muttering under your breath, or hear you talking badly about other customers to other coworkers. Thank you, “Love”, for giving our group the exact sort of disrespectful experience you expect from a McDonald’s.

This was the best McDonalds in Norman! They updated it to look like an impersonable vending machine! It looks like an idiot in a high-rise office building who does not eat at McDonalds made a decision that will put McDonalds out of business!

I use mobile app to order my food and when I got there, I was greeted at the second window by a very rude individual like she didn’t want to be there and had no interest in serving anyone. I ordered extra mayonnaise on my double cheeseburger of which was completely dry. No ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise was on that sandwich. . I ordered a large fries and was given enough in a large container to amount to a small fry. When asked if I could receive more fries to fill it up basically, she told me no that’s all I was getting. . My large drink was about a little less than 3/4 away full. This is not acceptable. Customer service this store lased loyalty to the customer as well as customer service. She’s lucky she’s not in my store because she would be fired.
