This location is terrible. Sometimes the food is good, but it's not worth the trouble. You have to wait forever and don't expect to be able to get any gravy unless you want to pay$2 for a tiny little portion cup. I just waited 10 minutes for a dried out $20 tiny tender meal. I had problems when they opened, and they sent me gift certificates, but I won't be back this time.

I absolutely love the spicy chicken. I pickup order here all the time. Great place, great chicken. A mix up happened and the manager, Riley, and probably spelled it wrong, but I called her up and she took care of me. Great professionalism and a great person. Thank you again. I hope this finds its way to you.

I went here tonight. My fiancé was craving their sandwich, so we decided to go. We got there and luckily they were open. They greeted us so kindly and so quickly.(We went through drive-thru) They repeated our order and made sure it was correct. They unfortunately said they were out of drumsticks, but that they can make some more but it would be a wait. We did not mind the wait but they were very kind about it. They gave us a complimentary pie, as an apology. We did not mind the wait and they made sure to update us and apologize. They were very kind and professional even though it was late at night. I was very impressed on how welcoming a fast food chain could be. Definitely coming back again. I'm impressed with the staff, and food.
