This is the closest BK to us. The food has never been terrible. It’s always hot and fresh. The dining area is always clean. The only downside is Making a mobile order here is crazy slow. I have no idea why but it takes hell of a long time. It will be quicker to just get in line and make an order and get your order faster which kinda defeats the purpose of you ordering ahead so that your food is ready when you get there.

The portions are very inconsistent. I've ordered a M fry before and a large one.. and they always seem to be the exact same size. On occasion I order a milkshake and the last time I did the cup wasn't full. When I mentioned something about it the woman didn't seem to happy about it. She did go and fill the rest up which I appreciated, but she didn't say a word to me after. I paid for the item, I don't think it's too much to expect it to be ... complete. Full ! Apart from that the staff is usually friendly.

This burger king location is absolutely the best. Not only is it 24 hours but at 4am the drive thru staff are so helpful! While other fast food locations are shut this burger king still serves you fresh fries and burgers whenever you need them. Joseph was absolutely customer oriented and so kind at the drive thru. Great seating inside and orders are served pretty fast. Quite lucky to have this in Ajax!
