Beautiful new restaurant located conveniently off the 401 in Ajax. Amazing service and fresh food. Will definitely return! A personal hack. Order the spaghetti sauce and cheese on the side. Then use some for what I call the Jollibee poutine! See pic

Been going to this Jolibee for years, but not sure what happened this time. One of pieces is super burnt, and one piece is extra small. The most amazing part is, there is actually no way to report or complain. There is no customer support contacts or complain email addresses. Even the store is not answering phone calls. Oh and the fries are stone cold and hard. ( :

Terrible experience - missing orders and NO customer support. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at ur location. I placed my order for 2 orders of 2pcs chicken with fiesta however I only received 1 pc of chicken for both of them. This was already frustrating, but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer support for I was trying to call them 12 times and there was no answer and no calling back. It’s unacceptable for a business to ignore customers, especially when they have paid for a service and didn’t receive what they ordered. If u value ur time and money, don’t come this location!
