I’ve been to this McDonald’s location a few times before and have always had a great experience. Since it’s not that busy most of the times, one can get their meals pretty quickly. The restaurant is quite clean and the service is fast and good as well. In addition, the restaurant staff is polite and patient when placing orders directly at the front counter. A must visit McDonald’s restaurant location if you’re looking for a quick meal or snack.

Today I made an order for takeout on January 15th 2025 a simple order junior chicken and a big Mac McDavid I thought I would try for the first time only to notice that it was so sloppy so I put it together as it should be! As I ate the McDavid David three quarters thought a long hair came out at least 7 to 10 inches long it disgusted me so much that I thought it out of my hands and yaked it out of my mouth wish I was able to take a picture so disgusting and disturbing. IM MADE THIS ORDER AT 505 PM AT 135 KINGSTON RD ? FOR THE MANAGER IN PLACE PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT THERE WEREING NETS AND TO MAKE PROPER BURGERS THAT STAND UP RIGHT posted a picture of my order to bad I couldn't take one of the hair

After a medical appointment, my son and I decided to treat each other and went to McDonald's during lunch hour. I commented that it might be busy with high school kids and sure enough when I opened the door the lobby was jam-packed. As I turned around to leave stating to my son "come on bud, it's a bit busy," a lovely employee said "this way dear", and escorted me through the crowd of teenagers to the counter. As I thanked her, she gave me a wink. My son and I placed our order and had a conversation about what drink we were going to choose. He wanted the red fruitopia and I said can we compromise and get the orange? He said Mom I would really like the red one this time, so I said no problem honey. The cashier smiled and passed me my receipt. The wonderful employee who greeted me in the lobby asked me what my order number was. I told her and she paid extra attention to when my order was ready. At this point I felt like a VIP! Not two minutes later the cashier was at my table with a small orange drink! She winked as I said thank you so much, "you're welcome Mom!" What a great experience at this McDonald's! The staff handling the influx of traffic while providing VIP service to this single Mom means the world!
