Ordered a BLT yesterday when there were NO OTHER CARS, so they definitely were not busy. Just to receive “bacon bits” and two huge tomatoes. If I wanted a $6 tomato sandwich, I would have ordered just that. This is not the first time this has happened. But definitely will be the last time I give them business. Absolutely I acceptable.

This location is by far the worst! I ordered through doordash and I paid for Hotcakes with sausage along with another hotcakes no sausage. I am missing the sausage in my hotcakes. I’ve called the location about 4 times and they don’t answer the phone. When I called the 5th time explaining the issue the girl on the phone was very rude and disrespectful and had the audacity to say we can’t do nothing about it as if they weren’t the ones who is missing an item from my order! Then while I was trying to speak she continued to cut me off and hang up the phone. Clearly the crew needs to be re-trained and learn customer service because she clearly has none. Absolutely ridiculous! I spend money for something and I don’t even get what I paid for!

They charged me twice for my Happy Meal, even though I clearly told them I had already paid through the app. It took them 10 minutes to realize they overcharged me, and they didn’t even apologize or offer a refund. The manager and employees were all rude throughout the whole ordeal.
