I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, which I could have overlooked if my order had been correct. I specifically ordered a Chicken McGriddle, but I ended up receiving something different. Mistakes happen, but after waiting so long, it was frustrating to find my order wrong. Now, I’m left expecting a refund. I hope they can improve both their speed and attention to detail in the future.

This location is dirty, staff are rude, no management to speak of, food cold and presentation horrible. Waited 15 minutes in restaurant for food, people everywhere, complaining and disgusted. Horrible experience, they told us they were overwhelmed, really?

Today my friends and I went for mcdonald’s at around 8 pm and not busy at all. One of the workers came up to us and asked if we wanted the extra mcflurry they had made. He also brought us 4 spoons to share. This was such a generous gesture and he was super sweet about it. It really made our day. Thank you!!!
