Waited 20 minutes for food in drive through. Had to go inside to ask for it. Waited 10 minutes inside for someone to server me. Food was cold. 10 other people were waiting for orders as well. Delivered orders were wrong for those customers. Staff was unable or unwilling to do their jobs. Barrie st. Vincent location

Ordered a Bacon and Egger. This is how it looked. Isn’t it supposed to have cheese and three small bacon slices? Asked the staff to fix it and the girl on duty offered to bring a slice of cold cheese to put on my sandwich. Rule # 1 of the restaurant industry- if it’s not right, don’t serve it. Update: The staff did fix it and made a proper Bacon and Egger.

To whomever plans to order from here, make plans elsewhere. Every time I've ordered from here, Ive had missing ingredients or I'd be missing the entire item I ordered. I can't even understand how they were able to hire such morons in the first place. What put the final nail in for me is, I called twice to notify this A&W location about not missing an ingredient I paid for, I PAID FOR. IT SHOULD SHOW THEM THAT IN THE BILL. Tell me how after two calls and both times the lady agreeing that she wouldn't miss it, when my food arrived I was missing that ingredient on every single item. This isn't just one instance, be aware that every time u pay for something that's an uncharge they may miss it in the order, so in turn A&W gains a profit without fixing the issues for their clients and these employees still get paid a full pay check. While you and countless others just keep getting robbed by this location. Since the past, I've placed 8 orders from here in total, 7 of them were wrong. Only once was everything right. Can you imagine? 7 ORDERS out of 8 HAVE BEEN MISSING AN ITEM OR INGREDIENT. Go anywhere else, just not here.
