The burgers are good, but the fries are often not fresh. When requested for fresh fries, they simply reheat the same ones in oil. This approach might underestimate customers’ awareness, but it ultimately leads to losing them.

I ordered a burger expecting a decent meal, but what I received was a huge disappointment. The patty was completely burnt, making it inedible. To make things worse, the burger was missing basic ingredients like ketchup, mayo, and cheese, leaving it dry and tasteless. Overall, this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had, and I won't be ordering again.

Edit.. Have since been back and the service was exceptional. Restaurant was great as per usual. So like in my previous, it must have just been an off day.Great to see.Cashier seemed like she didn't care. Every table dirty yet no customers in there. Could have been an off day for them as it is normally good there.
