The second you walk in to this place you will feel depressed. The staff are over worked and 100% under appreciated, you can tell just by looking at their always miserable faces. It’s not their fault, they’re paid next to nothing and expected to go above n beyond. Not my issue, my issue is you get a 50/50 shot at your food being good. You’ll either have cold fries n hot burger, or vice versa. In my 1 year of coming here, not once have I ever seen them cook a burger to order - they just pull it out of a tray. Today, my burger was so cold the cheese didn’t melt…and does that look like extra onions to you?

I appreciate that this establishment values inclusivity in hiring, but when it comes to food preparation, certain skills and attention to detail are essential. Based on my observations, I have concerns about whether all employees have the necessary training and capabilities for handling food safely. Because of this, I personally do not feel comfortable dining here.

First time here, coming through travels and the fries were very salty. You could see the salt on the fries. Usually I like Salty fries but this was just way too much salt. I felt like I had to another then in ketchup and they were still too salty. Burger was good but bun tasted like it was a bit old or something? Otherwise it wasn't too bad just the salt was way too much.
