I guess they like to serve raw fries even to children. Waited a half hour for 3 small burger meals and a happy meal. Horrible experience. Its unfortunate these people own nearly all the mcdonalds in Barrie. I havent had a good experience at any of them for the last 6 months. Always check your bags they dont like to give straws or a reciept. I also dont suggest eating inside. I watched an employee wiping the tables with a very dirty looking rag and no disinfectant bottle. Lacking qualified management.

I bought myself a treat, a chocolate sundae and it was served in a paper cup, first they subject you to eat it with a wooden spoon and now the smallest paper cup you can imagine - I'm celiac and there isn't much I can eat, now its one less thing to buy certainly not worth $3.99. Your number is never up on the board and the person barely whispered my number and there was no smile or pleasantries, Mc Donalds you have to do better.

Shout out to Mackenzie, for being so kind and quick to help fix our very wrong cold order. It seems everytime we visit this location, there's a problem! We went through the drive through about 1:30pm on Saturday March 15th, ordered our food were told to drive to the last window and wait. And wait we did! We sat at window with no acknowledgement from the staff for at least 5 minutes, and then the staff member ( a young guy) basically threw the bag at us. It definitely wasn't our order, so I had to go in and then it was another 10 minutes before we got the correct order. For the most part the staff are friendly, and Mackenzie went above and beyond, but it wasn't very busy and to go in, for the right order to see staff standing around socializing instead of making correct orders isn't a good look. Also many staff were NOT wearing hairnets and some had hair hanging down their backs, and many weren't wearing gloves either. It's not the first time we've gotten the wrong order and cold food either This experience makes me want to say no the next time my 13 year old asks for her favorite takeout
