I went here for breakfast around 10:30am on Sunday. I ordered a BLT on a sesame bagel with crispy bacon. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier told me that they were out of sesame bagels. I told her that’s no problem and I will just take a plain bagel. I pulled up to the 2nd window to retrieve my food but I was asked to wait at the 3rd window since they were making my bacon crispy. No problem at all, this is understandable. So I pulled up to the 3rd window waiting 5 min. When the server came to the window she just hands me the bag with a smirk on her face. No hi, thank you waiting.. nothing. So I just take my food and drive off. I open the bag to my food and not only is it not. BLT, but my bagel is burnt! ( pics inserted ). I go back in the line of the drive thru and once I reached the cashier was demanding that I give the food back. Ummm absolutely not. You messed up on my order and I have to give you back the food? Yeah no. I will show you the food that you messed up on and I will gladly hand you the receipt but why will I give you back to food? So you can use the same burnt bagel and slap a piece of tomato and lettuce on thy same exact bagel? Yeah I don’t think so. So they re made my BLT and it’s so poorly made. One weak slice of lettuce and a slice of tomato. $7 for this? This is completely unacceptable. Do better McDonald’s on Cundles in Barrie.

very mad about my order tonight, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 large fries and large pop, they failed to give us our double cheeseburgers, guess we should’ve checked the bag first before going home but honestly shouldn’t have to do that, you have ONE job.

This McDonald’s location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic manners and etiquette. The management is completely incompetent, and it is clear that they do not know how to handle customers or run the place efficiently. It was shocking to see such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic respect. People like this do not deserve to be working in customer-facing roles, as they clearly have no understanding of how to treat others. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the brand. Avoid this location at all costs! 23-01-2025
