We went there just for coffee and decided to try a sandwich as well. I asked for some ketchup on the side, and although they were out of cups, the manager quickly made sure I had something to pour it into within a minute. The food was fresh, hot, and definitely met our expectations. Great service overall!

Bacon egg McMuffin??! More like crap on a rock!!! English muffin hard as rock, bacon crumbled. Way over cooked or sat under a heat lamp for 24 hrs. Not edible, should be ashamed of terrible service!!!! Zero stars

Can someone please tell me how hard it is to follow instructions? Went through the drive thru and ordered two iced coffees with milk and half sugar - coffees had cream and FULL amount of sugar…. Parked the car and went inside to fix it. I should have known better and checked the rest of my order…. Came home to find my Egg BLT McMuffin had no B (bacon)…. WHY? did I say no bacon? Do the people making the sandwiches not know what ingredients to put in? These fast food chains need to hire competent people - not just anyone off the street that apparently can’t read.
