Normally this location is really good. I was just there 10 minutes ago, first thing i said ordering was medium dave’s single combo and somehow i ended up getting a small still, this has happened 2 times now. Whatever, not a big deal, my issue is the girl at the window who rolled her eyes at me for no reason? I pulled slightly too far up and she was clearly already annoyed, she closed the window to get my drink then rolled her eyes, closed it on me while i was saying thank you?? don’t know what her problem is but there’s no reason to be rude when I haven’t said anything to you. Don’t want your job? Quit.

I was doing DoorDash around 1 AM and stopped by Wendy’s to pick up an order. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, and the order was just a small bag. When I arrived, the door on the right side of the building was locked, so I returned to my car and went to the drive-thru. The employee working that night, who already had the bag ready, insisted that I come inside to pick it up. Not knowing there was another open door on the left, I ended up going back and forth in the freezing weather. As delivery drivers, we work hard, even late at night in heavy snow and on dangerous roads. It would be greatly appreciated if staff could show a little more kindness and understanding, especially during quiet hours. For small, ready orders, allowing pickups through the drive-thru would save time and effort for everyone. Please consider this moving forward. Thank you!

I went through the drive through and when i went to pay with apple pay it wasnt working so I needed to find my wallet in my purse for my actual card, I didnt want to hold up the drive through line as there was people behind me and so I told the girl ill come in to pay and grab my food since I need a bit of time to find my wallet and SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AND GROANED and slammed the window in my face as i was talking!! Girl i was trying to do you guys a favour by keeping drive through times low and not holding up everyone else behind me and that was her response to me. Her attitude was so uncalled for I was trying to be nice. Also i ordered a ceaser salad and they didnt give me the actual cesar or croutons or a fork just dry salad in a container lol..i never give bad reviews but she was so off putting.
