I have visited this place number of times. This has fastest drive thru service and I would appreciate the staff who provide fast and efficient service. The dine in atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is very welcoming, and always helpful when required. The manager is very polite and understanding. If u have any complaints or concerns just speak to her she will sort out your problem in minutes.

Can we please start using gloves? Gentlemen who handed me my order had his had covered in sauce. The same sauce that was on my Nashville sandwich… the bag was also covered in grease form his fingers. Please please please we need gloves if customers are paying $24 for 2 sandwiches.

Ordered the Canadian breakfast x2 One was over medium, the other over easy. Simple. The bacon was on the edge of under done but acceptable. The over medium eggs were hard, on the edge of bitter. The over easy were so under done that my toast was swimming in egg whites as soon as I popped them. I question wether the cook had ever cooked fried eggs before. I sent the over easy back, but the language barrier was too much for me to explain what was wrong in words she understood. My second pair of eggs were closer to over medium than the ones we ordered medium, but still slightly over done. The supposedly frozen glass was barely below room temperature, I think leaving the glass freezer off must be the new cost saving measure. If you're not going to chill the glasses anymore please supply ice. Lastly the famous A&W Root Beer was ... Just wrong. We couldn't decide what was wrong with it, but it wasn't right. Probably a mix ratio problem but it didn't have the usual low on syrup taste. Obviously this location has changed management, avoid at all cost.
