You need more staff to help with orders. This location is notorious for years being incredibly slow. I ordered a pickup for 6:20 today and received our order at 6:49. Hire more staff, especially for Friday and Saturday nights. You’re making the money and it’s irresponsible for you not to. Place a “Now Hiring” on your outdoor signage if there’s an issue with lack of job applicants. Attached is a photo of my veggie burger with the cheese placed at the end, on top of the toppings, instead of being cooked with the burger. Thank you kindly.

This is the world slowest drive thru always. We check for other cars before we will even go and have to set aside 30 minute. Thats how long the Harvey’s venture always takes. Wendy’s is the better option as my food is ready and hot when I arrive at the window. Food at Harvey’s is always cold! Sure not buffalo!

I bought a bowl of soup at the drive through for $6.00 and when i got home it was only 3/4 full and the “bowl” was so tiny. They said there was a cup of soup as well for purchase…how small is THAT??? What a joke..and what a rip off!
