Ordered regular chicken bowl the first time 2 days ago.. loved it. Came back today for 2nd time and tried bacon halloumi and my husband got the regular chicken bowl again (because we loved it the first time). Came home to find out that his regular chicken bowl was missing tomatoes, onions, pickles. My wrap had maybe 3 tiny halloumi and rest were all French fries. When you bite into it at first you can't tell because it's fried the same way the halloumi is fried. Until I picked at it to realize the halloumi was replaced by fries :( I dont know if it was a fluke or if they're doing this to jiff the customer of their halloumi. We called to complain about my husband's bowl because there was ingredients missing. They said since he asked for sauces on the side "all those customers omit the toppings" so that's why his bowl was missing the toppings. They offered us a 10% discount and my husband said that's $2 and they told us to come back to get a bowl re-done. Thankful for that. Flavor and food is really good. But this is also our 2nd time and we already have toppings missing and halloumi replaced by French fries. So I don't know what to think of it. I really want to like this place. We live so close by and wanted this place to be our go-to shawarma place. Order #36, March 12th. Update: posted before and after pics. Went back yesterday to get the rectified bowl. Also I was told you have to say "no fries" while ordering the halloumi wrap. Didn't know this because fries is not listed in the ingredients. 👍🏽 UPDATE #2: changed it to 5 star because of the reply to the review with clarification. I also went there few more times afterwards and food and service was great. Turns out for the Halloumi wrap, the fries is not listed as an ingredient on Shelby's website and on the monitor screen behind the service counter. But, it's listed on the self order tablets. The self order tablets has options to add and remove ingredients which is great and avoids miscommunication like these. It also has a section to put notes so if you want sauce on side you can mention which sauces you want on the side which is much easier than explaining in person.

Vibe was absolutely nuts. The mistake we made a was getting a plain Shawarma bowl - a wrap would have been a MUCH better call. Overall, a delicious option with a great flavour and a lot of spice. My overall 4.5 comes from value - I am used to getting a lot of shawarma for not a lot of cost. Shelby’s knows what they are offering and why they are worth the price.

The shawarma wraps are amazing packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of spices. The owner is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.
