This used to be my favourite place for a veggie burger. For 10+ years the food was fresh, service was amazing and I was always happy with my visit and my food. Recently, the staff are rude, the wait is VERY long and the food is awful quality at best - not cooked properly, wilted lettuce and not fresh vegetables, oily onion rings, very few toppings even when I asked for extra. Never had these problems ever before. My friends are all having the exact same experience with this location. It never used to be so bad, this was always a good restaurant.. When I asked about the friendly waitstaff who had helped me so many times before, I learned that they all quit. Nobody I know who has gone there recently, including myself, will be going back to this restaurant. Avoid!

Love their sweet potato fries, burger was a good size, tasty. Root beer was good and has a special taste of it, different than others. Reasonable price, clean restroom, small space but cozy, large parking lot. Convenient place with drive through order.

I have a lot of sensory issues when it comes to food, and a&w used to be my favorite place to go. But now the wait is horrible, inside and in the drive threw, frequently messed up my food despite what was said. It's disappointing to see one one the only places I can get fast food from get turned into a dump. There are very few people who work here now that are pleasant and genuinely good at their job.
