Bathroom was acceptable. Counter staff was pleasant and capable at her job. At 5:30 PM on Tuesday the drive through was busy. You serve yourself a drink from a machine that seems to have an endless amount of choices. The dining room was clean the tables were clean. The dining room feels to insitutional cafeteria for my taste. As I look around the room I get the sudden feeling like I want to leave Surprisingly at 50 years old I seemed to be almost the youngest customer In the restaurant. There were a couple of groups of older people. They were not loud or boisterous. The food was hot and fresh. Tasted as it should. The manager should be proud of all the workers at this store. I will definitely come again but I think I'll eat outside on the patio next time.

Are they trying to save money by cheating the customer? Where's the sauce??? This is ridiculous. At least they were friendly in the drive thru this time. But the time before this one, they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a spicy chicken. I drove all the way home before I realized it and didn't bother going back. They did the same thing a couple months ago. 🤯

Ordered DoorDash for 6 double junior bacon cheeseburgers, 2 with no tomato, 2 with no tomato add ketchup, 2 no tomato add ketchup & mustard. Food arrived, correct receipt and good delivery driver. Checked our food and all 6 burgers had tomatoes, pickles, and onions which we did not add onto our burgers and aren’t included on the original sandwich. I then called Wendy’s since it was not a DoorDash issue, but a Wendy’s issue. We explained the situation calmly and the person who picked up the phone tried to tell us we were wrong. He said “I helped make the order”, “They weren’t made wrong.” Yet I was looking at 6 burgers made completely wrong. He lied blatantly over the phone and tried to tell me that I was lying to him. As a fast food worker myself, it should’ve been as simple as an apology and compensation but instead I was met with hostility and an argument. At the end of the day, I just wanted compensation for the complete mess up, but instead am writing this lengthy review on how terrible of an experience I had. Very disappointed considering how much I like Wendy’s.
