Just got a whopper combo meal and the food quality is still alright. The customer service is not what it used to be. *It’s the only Burger King left in Guelph and if they can give staff some extensive training on customer service I think they’ll survive.

Feb 27, 2025, I was working the Provincial Election at All Saints Lutheran Anglican at 615 I was finally able to get a break to eat. I chose this place Whopper Combo with cheese and rings. It was busy I waited at least 15 min for dining inside. There were rings not a lot that were under the heat lamp the whole time. No one working made more. I wondered if they were waiting until closer to the time the burger would be ready to cook new rings. That didn't occur they served the ones that by this time were approaching almost 30 min under the heat lamp. The burger I selected no onions, pickles or mustard. The burger comes oozing ketchup and mustard and it had onions on it. It had so much ketchup and mustard that it was impossible to pick out the pickles and onions. As this had taken longer than I expected I didn't have the time or patient to say anything to those working. It was a complete waste of money and time going to Burger King. I had read an article not that long ago about Burger and all it's issues. I won't be in a rush to visit that location

Went to drive thru yesterday and it was not working so you had to come into restaurant… ok.. but.. not one staff member thought it might be a smart idea to at least shovel the walkway getting in?? It was slippery and slushy and I’m elderly … terrible that manager wouldn’t think to do that.. then inside all these cones with wet floor to warn people of wet floors!! I almost slipped there as well … just lack of sense!!! And our waitress had no personal!! I was there with my special needs grandson teaching him to order food .. she didn’t even look at him or interact with him ?? I was not impressed and will not be back !
