Food was okay. Meat was cold and not fully cooked. Cheese not melted. Amount of extra items on burger was great. Fries were awesome. Prices were fair. Restaurant was filthy and bathroom smelt really bad. Ended up not feeling great stomach wise since my visit. So not sure if it's related to this experience. Would not go back or recommend.

FIVE GUYS burgers, milkshakes, and fries are the most delicious and freshest (never frozen) savoury foods you will enjoy! The burger patties are fresh, juicy, and delicious! The strawberry milkshake is my favourite as it's made with real strawberries, and the fries are hand cut and always cooked to perfection, we ask for light salt and extra crispy and they're so decadent! The staff work hard and quickly to get our order out as fast as possible as it's always busy! The staff are impressive as they ensure our order is always made to our taste and specifications! The restaurant is always clean, and it's a fun family experience. FIVE GUYS FRIDAY is our favourite day of the week as it's our 'treat meal' as the rest of the week we eat healthy, and workout regularly as my husband, son and I are all on a weight loss journey.

The Five Guys I know & read about is not the Five Guys we have at Claire road. I ordered the classic “ Large Fries” the portion size was all good, but it lacked the essential part, “the crispiness”. The fries were too salty for my taste, and most likely will be too salty for a lot of people. If ever I have a magic wand to influence their Fries it will be to make it more crisp.
