This used to be a family favorite for a dinner out. We've been disappointed the last couple of times. Went for my son's birthday a week ago. I am thankful that his and my husband's meals were ok although nobody should have to eat the core of banana pepper on a burger. Ordered "Son of a beach" burger with grilled chicken this is something I've had many times, never an issue. The food arrived, very slowly given there were only 2 other diners in the entire restaurant. The chicken breast was noticeably burnt and inedible. I showed the waitress who agreed, apologized and offered me another. I should mention there was no music playing in the restaurant, there was when we arrived, however the waitress said she they couldn't figure out how to turn it back on. I could hear the kitchen staff, and the chef. After my family was done eating, I could hear the waitress telling the chef that burger #2 "looked worse the last" She was right! She brought it over and apologized as "likely I wouldn't be able to eat this one either" she explained the chef told her this is the only way they cook chicken to make sure it is cooked throughout.....?? Never had this experience before. She took it off the bill. The waitress was friendly, attentive and very professional throughout, hopefully she does not need to share her tips with the chef. I've never sent food back multiple times and was kind of embarrassed at the whole experience Glad at least the my salad alongside the burger was edible ...left hungry.

Fantastic experience at The Works Burger and Craft Beer! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The burgers were delicious and the craft beer selection was impressive. Highly recommend this spot for great food and excellent service!

Kyle was very personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and an amazing cook. I highly recommend the elk burger with lettuce bun! Stays together well and keto friendly! Geneourous portions, tasty filling food! Thank you for the great customer service and awesome food. Kyle answered our questions, made suggestions. Thoroughly happy with our tower of onion rings too!
