I order 2 spicy chicken wraps $8.00 and this is what I received for both of them.. I called to voice my concerns and Chris the shift manager was extremely rude and justifying this is how they are made? Unfortunately this was one of the few Wendy’s that has maintained quality over the years but the last few times I have left felling like I was ripped off.

They screwed with my Skip the Dishes order. I ordered a large Dave's combo and they sent a small combo, with a Dave's single. On top of that, the quality of what I received was terrible. Unfortunately, the delivery company won't refund me. So, I paid more for less to get frustrated and keep hungry.

Our server was rude and kept rushing me to hurry up. The fries were cold, the poutine was cold, the gravy was cold and chunky. We ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was cold as well as too hard to chew. The hamburger was cold, and the toppings weren't even on the bun. It was truly awful.
