I have been to this location once before but tonight left a little to be desired. The gentleman who took my order was nice enough. I got 2 mama burgers and made it a combo. $28 I thought that was a little much. Fries were good … burgers seemed reheated and root beer in the mug is always great. Washrooms were nasty.

So this is the worst, most negligent and rude employee i have ever came across(Raman) i ordered 2 masala veggie burger which was for pickup she gave me a non vegetarian burger and a fries which i found out when i reach office and i came back for this and thats when it drives me crazy as she replaces without having even single word of conversation nor does she apologize and walks away doing other random stuff. Also when I came at the first place she was rude and approach was non hospitable. I had to rush just to get my meal in my break. When i came back with this complain she gets me the same old order which was made idk when i would guess which was made for me at first place and serves cold(Neither I had time to get new one but she didn’t ask whatsoever). This is worst ever experience i have ever came across at ANW.

I ordered a Beyond Meat Burger, it was absolutely disgusting, the patty was very mushy. I called the restaurant and they said it was probably because of the grill, thats actually no excuse unless they know they are not cleaning the grill. I absolutely will not be back to this location.
